The Gigabyte card has faster core clocks, much better cooling and has more display ports. Although it's a much bigger card and requires a 6pin PCIE power connector. The MSI card is smaller and doesn't require a 6-pin PCIE power connector, although both cards require the same minimum amount of Watts from a PSU. Most modern PSU units come with PCIE power connectors so this shouldn't be a problem.

Final Verdict: The Gigabyte card is a much better all-round card with far better cooling which will increase performance from the card under heavy stress.
