Msi Geforce GTX 1080 Ti Gaming X Trio Light doesn't work

So i just received my Gaming X Trio 1080 Ti, plugged in and everything worked fine, but a weird thing is, the red light near the fans worked but the backplate light doesn't work. I've tried everything from updating the drivers to updating the apps, the software but nothing worked. Could someone help me figure this thing out because i've been waiting a really long time just to get my hands on one of these bad boys.

My Specs:
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z97x Gaming 3
CPU: i7 4790k (4.5ghz)
Ram: G.Skills Rip Jaws 16gb ddr3

I am having some problems with the same thing. Hey guys.

I had problems with the lower LEDs on the Gaming x trio 2080 not lighting up. The one above above the MSI logo is lighting up fine, same with the logo, but the others won't light up Any fixes?
Using Mystic Light 3 newest version.

nzxt kraken x62
G.Skill trident 16gb 3200
MSI Geforce RTX 2080 Gaming x Trio 8GB
Asus Rog Strix z370 F gaming.
EVGA Supernova 850 G3 850W
