Since I refuse to get a new computer, I've decided to replace my Intel Core 2 Duo with an Intel Core 2 Quad Q9650 (Modified pins of an Intel Xeon E5450).
Since obviously, onboard graphics aren't good enough for GTA 5, I've looked and found an MSI Geforce GTX 750 TI. It's recommended requirements are 400w, but I was wondering if It would work on an 240W PSU.

Solution
I would be a lot more comfortable with it if the OEM was someone like Delta instead of AcBel.

FWIW on a similar system I successfully used a 110w HD4850 with a 240W PSU. The 750Ti is a 60w card. As the card is the only thing likely to blow up if it doesn't work, it's worth a try with a warranted/returnable card. After all it may fail by just rebooting when under load and you have few options for replacing that SFF PSU.

20A on 12v is not a lot, and after the card takes 5A there's only 15A to run the rest of the system.

I couldn't figure out where it was, so I took a picture.
