MSI Geforce GTX 760 to hot

So I built a gaming PC a few days ago 06/04/14 and I bought the GTX 760. Anyway I tried to play a simple game of War Thunder on max settings and the CPU was wayy to hot so I bought the corsair H55 which has done a good job of cooling it down! but now the GPU is way to hot and is running around 60C.

Any suggestions on why this is?

Is that 60°C under load or idle? 60°C under load isn't bad at all.

According to http://www.guru3d.com/articles_pages/geforce_gtx_760_review,6.html 760 idles at 34°C and under heavy stress goes up to 81°C; so if the 60°C reading you are getting is while gaming don't worry about it at all. It's actually lower than you would get in modern demanding games.

My 660ti isles @30 and under furmark 13 gets to 81. With GW2 or AC3, it'll get to 55-60, so you ate all good there. And I'm a fan of the h-55!

I have installed msi afterburner and seemed to speed up the fan speed which has helped! I think the H55 was an excellent buy
