Since I purchased my 'MSI GeForce RTX 2060 Super Ventus' card about a month ago, MSI has come up with 3 'new' MSI GeForce RTX 2060 Super Ventus variants:
  1. MSI GeForce RTX 2060 Super Ventus OC
  2. MSI GeForce RTX 2060 Super Ventus GP
  3. MSI GeForce RTX 2060 Super Ventus GP OC
From what I can gather from the MSI website, the 'OC' means overclocked, from 1650 to 1665. I have no idea what the 'GP' stands for.

Does anyone know what the GP stands for? When I do a 'compare' on their website between my variant and the 'GP' variant, their website simply displays my variant without a column for the 'GP' variant.

In other words, there is no information about how the 'GP' variant differs.

Sure there is. You just need to dig deeper in official specs page (manual comparison).

Diffs between Ventrus and Ventrus GP are:
  • Power consumption: 175 W (stock) vs 184 W (GP)
  • Dimensions: 231 x 128x 42 mm (stock) vs 232x 127 x 42 mm (GP)
  • Weight: 758 g / 1198 g (stock) vs 728g / 1161g (GP)
  • Blackplate finish: matte (stock) vs brushed aluminum (GP)
Also, PCB design is also different (e.g caps, MOSFETs location), IF the images displayed on specs page are for that specific GPU and not random image of GPU's PCB. (Compare images under Thermal Padding section.)
