Question MSI GeForce RTX 4070 VENTUS 2X 12G OC fan noise problem - Question

Hello, I have a question about the above graphics card.

Have this since today but no idea if something is wrong with it.

The fans run from 50 degrees to 100% no matter what you set.
Absolute noise, so playing is no fun.
Can not be adjusted, all locked by the graphics bios.
Have tried the MSI tool, so you can only set that the fans are off in idle, which also works.

In Afterburner you can adjust the fan curve but it does nothing even with override option.
As soon as the fans start always full power no matter what is set.
Also no change when you manually go from 30% (lower does not work) e.g. to 100%. The speed is always the same.

Have already tried everything possible, power setting in the control panel, drivers completely clean reinstalled, etc..

I have also checked the card itself, all connectors etc. are correct.

I am really desperate.
Does anyone have an idea what this could be?
Card possibly defective?

Have first reinstalled my old 3060, which is whisper quiet and fans also regulate as they should.

nevermind - checked the card again and it seems the connector on the fan control wasnt snapped in properly. now it works like it should.
