Do these work with older versions of Windows? I know the Xbox One controllers don't (Hooking them up via USB only charges the controller, it won't be listed as an input device).

yeah that looks identical to xbox 360 with a better color theme hmmm curiuos the response quality of these and how well these joysticks will last the 360 controllers always had a glitch the xbox ones are better.

I'm going to buy two of the GC20 controller when it's available. And it bears more of a resemblance to the Xbox 360 controller for Windows than the Xbox One unit.
