Question MSI GF63 9SC THIN reaching 90c even after repasting

Recently started having issues with it downthrottling due to heat so I got some MX-4 and repasted it.
Fan is not dead

Temps:
Before:
Idle: 67c - below 75c
Under load: 80c - below 95c

After:
Idle: 60c - below 70c
Under load: 75c - below 93c

Specs:
i7-9750h
GTX 1650 with Max-Q
16GB Ram (installed along with MX-4)

Would like some insight as to what's happening.

Just note: I haven't tried testing thermals with a clean boot yet, if required I will do it

Just tried clean boot and nothing changed. Laptop is from around 2019, warranty is no more

Seems I haven't gotten a response from anyone yet but I may have found the solution.

Adamx's powerplan was killing my temps and I didn't notice, went back to the original windows power plans and temps seem fine-ish. Will update later.

Just checked earlier today and my idle temps are fine but my under load temps are 84c to 94c
Anyone?
