I have an i7-10750h I havent done any undervolting or any kind of bios changes the bios is set to default the main issue am having is that the processor when idle with high performance selected in the power options has an avg temp of 50-60 the speed is around 4.5GHz the Watts are around 25-35W and when gaming the temps go upto 75-85 avg the watts for the first few seconds of a stress test go upto 70 lowers to 44 stays there the main issue is the speed it lowers to 3.5 at the same time the Watts lower down it stays there and then reaches 3 sometimes to avg is around 3.2-3.6 GHz
Edit: I was installing something noticed the speed was at 3.5 and usage was at 100% only while installing tho so I lowered the affinity from 6 cores (12 threads) to 2 cores(4 threads) the usage came down to 35% almost and the cpu speed increased to 4.2-4.4 again so when am doing something the cpu speed is too low because the usage is too high
