Question MSI GF63 Thin 9SC cooling paste

I have the above mentioned laptop with an i5-9300h cpu and the GTX1650 Max-Q design gpu both with stock cooling paste. And i would like to keep it as cool as possible. I have been searching and decided that getting the Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut or Noctua NT-H2 would be the best for my laptop. (money is not an issue) What do you guys think? Are these cooling pastes worth it?

Either will work, just don't invest in the liquid metal pseudo thermal interface material.

Both are in the top 10. Not just for conductivity but also ease of use, ease of cleaning, ease of spread etc. Never seen any complaints against either.
