As title says my new laptop is underperforming i bought it about a week ago and tried lots of things to fix it atm it has a 1660ti,8gb of ram,i5-9300h, and a 500gbssd. i have tried lots of things to updating drivers/re-installing drivers,updating windows,stuff with vsync and other stuff but nothing seems to be working also i am using the right graphics card when playing games and i ram MSI Kombuster and caught 30fps D:
