Question MSI GL62 6QF Fan and Power problem

Hello, so I have this laptop, MSI GL62 6QF, that for the past year and a half decides to not turn on, sometimes for some hours, others for some days, even weeks sometimes. This just happened randomly and the first time it didnt turn on for almost a month. When it doesnt want to turn on i already tried to empty the battery and leave it charging for a while, changing ram slot/removing it, unplug some usb connections, but it never turned on no matter what I do, the laptop just starts turning on again "when it wants to". Sometimes when it doesnt turn on it doesn't recognize the charger, but when its on it detects it everytime, so i dont think is related to the charger.

Now it is turning on again, and I discovered another problem: the GPU fan (i think so, its the one from the right in the picture) only works when I have Turbo Fam button enabled

Someone that had similiar issues can give me a little help?

Not turning on you mean, it will POST? Do you get black screen but cpu fan working and power led?

Might be dying gpu, you have Nvidia GTX 960M on this model?

Wont turn on at all.
Yes, GTX 960m, working fine last night, since the fan works on turboo boost I'm able to game on it, been doing it for the past couple of days, so I don't thinks its the GPU.
