[SOLVED] MSI GL75 Laptop runs hot

Hello, this is my first post on here! I was reaching out as I have seen post from people saying they have had success swapping stock thermal paste for aftermarket options. My heat on my cpu is getting up into the 80s under load while my gpu is in the 60s. It's also obnoxiously loud. I understand this is a laptop but I feel like theses thermals can be improved. Has anyone performed this on their laptops with any luck? What kind of compound did you use? What kind of improvements did you see?

if u feel hot air comming out from exhaust, no compound will help you
maybe cooling pad, but it wont be any drastic temperature decrease

I have a Asus fx504gm
I7 8750h with a gtx1060
I used Intel Xtu and undervolted it -0.150v and have it on a cooling pad.
Also helped with thermal throttling.
