MSI GP60 keyboard gone crazy

I have an MSI GP60 for which the keyboard has stopped working properly - only about half the keys on the board work, and these are all scrambled to type the wrong characters. I have checked the language settings, and these are correct. Also, when the laptop is booting the same keys (e.g. Del) are not functioning there.

Does anybody have any ideas what might be wrong?

Hi, try checking to see if Num Lock is enabled. If it is, disable it. I know it may sound silly, but i have had this before aswel.
