Im about to buy this GPU and its so cheap that im heasitating if its a good or a bad call to do so.

Is it good in terms of durability and build components?

Overall, yes MSI is a well known and good brand. My 2080 Ti is an MSI. The 1050 Ti itself however is a pretty low-tier card so while the build quality is adequate the horsepower under the hood ain't the best. But it'll be just fine for medium-high 1080p gaming. If you found it cheap I'd recommend you buy quickly, graphics cards these days are hard to come by at market price because of coronavirus supply issues and scalpers taking everything on the market.
