EDIT: I AM LOSING THE ABILITY TO TYPE EACH LETTER, ONE BY ONE.

This morning, I woke up to my MSI laptop not being able to use any consonant letters except "x" and "f". I was able to use the "enter" button earlier today, but it suddenly stopped working a few hours ago as well. Not to mention, "CAPS LOCK" as well. I code on this device and don't have much time to fix it (as in weeks/months) Does anyone have any suggestions, that don't involve replacing the laptop itself?

**Footnote** The keyboard keys mentioned do not work in the BIOS menu either, as well for the fact the keyboard constantly types random letters on its own, the ones by which I cannot currently type. I almost want to say this is a severe software issue.

I think getting the laptop replaced is your only choice now, unfortunately. The only other way to make sure this is a software issue is to connect an external keyboard to the laptop, and see if that works fine or not(use it for some time, about an hour or two). If the problem starts in the second keyboard too, then it is a software issue most likely, and if it doesn't, then your keyboard is probably faulty(perhaps you spilled something on it?), and sending the laptop to the company would be the only way to fix it.

I used malwarebyte to clear off all the PUP viruses off my computer, but still the problem still persists. Please, I need help with this software problem!!!
