MSI GS60 or MSI GE62 APACHE PRO?

What is the better laptop? Both have the same exact specs, 5700HQ, 970M 3GB, 16GB RAM, 128GB SSD. They are both around the same price, I think the GS60 is a bit more expensive. I've done so much research but I cannot find out which I should get. I anyone actually has these laptops and can help me, I would love it

The GS60 is a highly portable 4.3lb laptop with a high quality display (IPS-like) and the GE62 is a bulkier machine with a TN panel.

In general, the GS60 is a much nicer machine. It doesn't have as good of battery life, but it's so incredibly portable and the display quality has been fantastic with them.

True, but the only worry about the GS60 is that it will be be getting way too hot. I returned my AW15 because of the fact it kept getting so hot, even in moderate use (surfing web/youtube etc). I don't mind it getting warm when I'm gaming... but when I'm just doing light tasks its really annoying

The GS60 with the 970M has had a LOT better cooling than the previous generation with the GTX 870M, which most people complained about. It will heat up when gaming, for sure, but you shouldn't have any problem with it with light use.

That's odd about the AW15. Really odd. Was it the newest generation of AW15? There may have been a defect.

Yeah its the newest gen. Apparently the cooling is a joke and the cpu/gpu is right below the keyboard. Alot of people were talking about the heat. I returned the thing because it was so annoying.... plus that thing was 7 lbs, shouldn't be happening.
