Msi GS60 runs better NOT CHARGED than being charged?

Hi guys weird problem here. Made sure all the power settings are on high perf both on battery/plugged in. Problem is playing dota i get 60 fps ON BATTERY, but 2-5fps PLUGGED IN. Wtf is going on?

Weird issue this first I've heard of it. It seems the cpu down clocks itself while plugged in (çharging) when running an intensive app that simply changing power plan doesn't resolve but it should.


Anyhow done some digging and to my surprise its a common problem.
