Question MSI GS65 dGPU constantly on, even though nvidia control panel says it's inactive.

I have been having this problem for about two weeks now. The light beside my power button that indicates dGPU activity is always orange, even though the Nvidia Desktop notification says my 2060 is inactive. I tried changing the whole system to run on the iGPU and it still didn't change anything. My GPU fan won't turn off because something is running it, idle temps at mid 40s. I have uninstalled and installed drivers. Changed everything to integrated graphics. Reinstalled windows while keeping files and apps. I can't seem to get anything to work for me. It's very bothersome because it makes for terrible battery life. Thanks for the help!

Can you check and see which version of BIOS you're currently on? If you have any BIOS updates pending, please work through them gradually and manually(not through an app). Which version of Windows 10 are you on?

Up do date on bios I think, E16Q41MS.112, 2019-05-16
Version of windows 10.0.18362 Build 18362

I just updated bios, nothing has changed.
