tl;dr I bought a laptop off fb marketplace(dirt cheap), I came back and tried to fix the no gpu issue, I reset windows and installed drivers and it showed up randomly. After a few days I booted it up and got a BSOD relating to the GPU(dont remember exact error) and the gpu disappeared.
Warranty expired about 9 months ago, laptop was bought on march 2021, he listed the laptop about 3-4 weeks ago(now it's like 6-7 weeks) I noticed it had a bent on the GPU side, didnt think much of it since I got it to work. The seller's story was that he tried to connect his monitor to the laptop via thunderbolt and it started breaking, that is why he listed it for half the used price(negotiated down a lot more). As a work laptop for the price I bought it for, it's very good, as a gaming laptop it's kinda bad.
side note: just never look at fb marketplace for laptops
If anyone can help me diagnose this, I did open it up and did not notice anything. I do build desktop computers and game on them but I am traveling, hence the reason I was searching for a laptop for cheap.
