MSI GT 710 2GB or 720 1GB both DDR3?

Hello, I need a low profile card that can run minimal games.

I found a MSI GT 710 and a 720.
My question is, which one is the best to play games like CS:GO? More VRAM? I can buy both, so whixh one will give more FPS on games? Thank you

Those two are terrible graphics cards. Really terrible. what's your budget, how much are you willing to spend?

the 720 is quite old, and it has been replaced by the 710. Both are comparable and very bad for gaming (they are not meant for gaming, in fact). The 730 is better than both the 710 and 720, and with it you will be able to play light games at medium resolution and low details. Hope it helps!

Well, my specs for my dell optiplex 745 (upgrading) 😛 are: Intel Q6600 (not OC) (upgrade)
4GB of ddr2
500gb hdd
And a 275w PSU
I am upgrading it so I dont want to waste a lot of money on it, I alredy have an FX 6300 with a R9 270x. Im just upgrading this one to play on my vacations house (so I dont need a big ass pc)
I saw some videos on youtube with both 710 and 720 and they seem to hold on the 40 fps with some 30 fps drops (not compared to my FX 6300 300 fps haha) but I could work with them
So, is it worth spending 15 (+/-) € on a 730? If so would it be able to give 60 fps at medium high settings? Thank you

The difference between both is €10. I would definitely recommend the 730, the 710/720 are just too bad for gaming. The 730 is not great either, but it's decent. It is in fact the minimum recommendation of Tom's Hardware: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/best-gpus,4380.html

I bought the 2GB 128bit version to my brother and he can run games with medium settings smoothly.
So, if I buy it I will overclock it so I guess I'll get 60 fps on medium settings right?
I'll buy tomorrow maybe and I'll tell you if everything went alright and the benchmarks before and after the OC.

Don't buy the 2GB DDR3 version. Buy instead the 1 GB GDDR5, it is faster than the former. Even if it has less RAM.
