msi gtx 1050 2gb OC on Asrock A320M-HDV has no signal from first boot.

Hello.
I had purchased a new PC with msi gtx 1050 2gb OC on Asrock A320M-HDV with Ryzen 7 2700.

First six or seven boot , always got no signal on monitor.
In one time I got signal... I couldn't do nothing - the reset button was accidentally pressed. :-(
Then never got signal on monitor after that.

I no have any other graphic card.

Someone can give me some ideas?

Might be the BIOS version, only last one supports second gen Ryzen. https://www.asrock.com/MB/AMD/A320M-HDV/index.asp#CPU

Might be.... but I've forgotten a detail in mi description: the time when was signal, windows was running.
That can be happend with a mismatch between bios and processor?
My first idea was obviously, a failure in cables or tv (as monitor). The I've tested with other cables and monitor and also I've tested the same cables and monitors with other machine.
The tests were carried on in the hdmi output directly and in the DP with adapters to hdmi and vga.
I couldn't test the dvi-d port because I don't have a monitor or any adapter from DL-dvi-d to hdvi or vga.
I was thinking more something like a jumper in the card, or similar... I think that the bios hypothesis not explains the time with signal... but I'm can be wrong about that...
