Hello I bought an MSI GeForce GTX 1060 Gaming X 6G as I saw it came with memory samsung I bought this model because I saw the review but mine came with hynix memories

Typically all manufacturers will use different kinds of memory, typically those are Hynix, Samsung, and Micron. They get the memory from all three brands and just randomly put them in graphics cards.

There are no guarantees with GPUs - they'll use either Samsung or Hynix, and while batches typically use the same, models from different batches can use either/or.

No grounds to RMA etc on that basis.
