MSI GTX 1070 Armor OC High Temp

Guys I'm a little worried about my gpu temps
I have a carbide 400c case and my fan setup is 1x140 in the front and 1x120 in the back
my ambient temperature is around 24c, but I live in a tropical country should that matter
my gpu temps are as follow

Idle: 42c with 0% fan speed
Full load: after half an hour at unigine heaven my temp is at 75-76c with 75% fan speed

should i be worried about these temps?

put it to perspective, prebuilt dell and hp with reference (FE) 1070 runs around 80-90C during game.
