I am buying the new gtx 1070. And I need to know which one is the better to get by over all performance and build.

Most of the Aftermarket ones are Factory Overclocked. Also they have better cooling solutions so you can get more cooling with less noise. That being said if you want one now the only ones at newegg are the FE and even their out of stock. Only reason people are buying the FE version is because the Aftermarket ones have not come out yet.
