MSI GTX 1070 Z vs SeaHawk x

So i was looking for an upgrade from my Asus GTX 970 Strix OC and decided on either the msi GTX 1070 Z or the msi Seahawk x.

What i am looking for
-Most power
-Quiet

I'm leaning more towards the Msi Z model, mainly because according to MSI, the card was redesigned from previous models, to be Silent, even when in gaming mode. Since their previous cards had a crazy amount of noise coming from them, i just wanted to see if this card still had that problem, ive read a few reviews about it and people seem to think its still silent even in OC mode. Any and all help would be great.

What card would you guys go with??

Hybrid/water cooled cards are generally quieter, but the Gaming Z is still ultra quiet and a monster, and cheaper in most places. Forget the Seahawk. Get the Gaming Z.

Why, the seahawk x is $10 more but you can get really low temperatures and high ocs

I actually ended up going with the Z. It is dead silent, and even when OC it is staying right around 50-65c
