Question Msi gtx 1080 gaming x+ no signal

Hello I recently bought new graphics card msi gtx 1080 gaming x+. I have problem when I start my pc my monitor says no signal but when I restart it it will work. Everytime I get on pc I need to restart it once.
Can anyone help me solve this so I wouldnt have to restart it everytime? (sorry for my bad english)

Need some system information like power supply brand model and the motherboard. Did you replace some other card? Did you uninstall the old drivers and run DDU to wipe them before installing this 1080?

My power supply is 750watt 80plus gold motherboard b450 tomahawk max I did uninstall the drivers
