I have bought an MSI GTX 1080 SEA HAWK EK X. Prior to purchasing the item, I did not know it needed the PC to have a cooling system. Can you guys tell me what I need to have so that the card can be cooled? I have never had a cooling system before, it would be great if you can suggest the most cost effective solution. is it possible for me to use the card without any cooling system?

I'm terribly sorry to disappoint you, but you are not going to get any new GTX 1080 for under 200 pounds.
there was a mistake on that amazon page.
If you follow the link you've shared now, you will see well over a 1000 pounds price.
The real current pricing for GTX 1080 starts at around 500 pounds.
it is not possible to use the card without connecting it to the liquid cooling loop.
in a minimum, you are going to need a pump + res + radiator + fittings and tubes to connect them all.
you are looking for at least 150-200$ bill for a decent components.
you can buy a semi open AiO like the swiftech's ones and connect the GPU to it. if you pick one with large enough radiator you can liquid cool the CPU as well.

is it not possible to use a cheap AIO like the one below. Ideally, I would like to spend no more than £50- £60.

not without removing the current cooler.
if you wish to remove the cooler, you can use something like the NZXT G12 and compatible AIO or any other compatible aftermarket solution.
You can also try to sell the GPU block on ebay or something.
the swiftech H140 would probably be the better option for warranty and cooling.

I still have the option to cancel my order. can you just confirm one last thing?
instead of spending the money on a cooler, should I just get this, it would cost me £100, more.

how much are you going to pay for the MSI Seahawk ?
essentially, it is this card with water block instead of air cooler
