MSI gtx 1080 ti 11g 0% usage

Hello I have problem today I changed my graphic card from gtx 1050 ti 4gb , to 1080 ti 11g and I think is something wrong with it because the gpu usage is 0% sometimes 1% or 5% , my fps in games are same like with 1050ti , I have plugged everything correct and the latest drivers please help me

Did you reinstall Nvidia drivers? Did you use clean install option?
If no, then do it.

amd fx6300 6core, psu 500W, 16gb ram ddr3 2133mhz . I play mostly 1080P, maybe my cpu and psu is weak for the card
