Hi.

Is is true that the MSI gtx 1080 ti NON x version is 1% slower than the X version?
And would you notice a big difference in gaming performances?

Sorry, its kinda hard to explain.. lol. :D

Boost clock rate / Base Clock rate
memory clock rate.

The numbers (OC/Gaming/Silent) are modes the video card supports.

Ultimately you don't need to know what the numbers mean. You can see that the one is around 5% faster than the other. Meaning it is slightly more capable. For most users only 60fps matters since their monitors only run at 60hz. So the faster card can do close to 5% more work before it runs in to performance issues.
There are plenty of reviews where you can both read and watch the differences.
MSI makes several video 1080ti graphics cards. To see the differences go to their website and compare features. You will see there is considerable clock rate differences between the slowest and the fastest. If you can tell the difference in a game depends on what game you are playing and how close to the limits of the card and your monitor you are.

So I found this. Some proffesional on here can tell me the big differences?

non X;

1620MHz / 1506 MHz ( OC mode)
1607 MHz / 1493 MHz ( gaming mode)
1582 MHz / 1480 MHz ( silent mode)
11016 MHz ( OC / Gaming / Silent )

X version;

1683 MHz / 1569 MHz (OC mode)
1657 MHz / 1544 MHz ( Gaming mode)
1582 MHz / 1480 MHz (silent mode)
11124MHz ( oc mode)
11016 (gaming/silent )

Both 11GB GDDR5X
