[SOLVED] MSI GTX 1660 Ti VENTUS XS 6G non OC version vs OC version

Hello i have question, one of our biggest HW sellers in our country sells MSI GeForce GTX 1660 Ti VENTUS XS 6G without OC and MSI GeForce GTX 1660 Ti VENTUS XS 6G OC that is called "OC version". The difference is 60MHZ (with boost mode) but its like 40 euros difference. Is it worth or is it just marketing move ? Will my overclocking work the same on both cards and will i get same results after my overclock ?
