Question MSI GTX 1660TI Ventus XS Fans Spinning at 41% IDLE

Not sure how these work but my 1060 6GB didn't use the fans until it reached 60C or higher.

Yea this is how most new cards work. If your gpu dont have a big load and is bellow 60c then the fans dont spin so your pc makes less noise. You can download the msi software and change it if you want.
