MSI gtx 560

I have overclocked my gtx 560 to core clock 970 Mhz, core voltage 1.075, and memory 2250 Mhz but if i try to take it any higher than that and all of the oc settings revert back to default in GPU-Z and in the stress test. What does this mean and how can i get it to stop so i can get more out of it?

Either it needs more voltage or is about maxed out or PSU is short power wise, could try raising the VCCSA (System Agent voltage) a tad + 0.06 or so
