Msi gtx 580 lightning extreme

I have trying to figure out whats wrong with this card.
Trouble is that this card will crash before or after intense gaming.
I have used furmark, heaven without any issues.
I have tried undercloking and overcloking the card, and tried to use forced voltage.
Tried both bios settings on the card.
The max temp when stressing the card was 66 celcius.
I have tried both a 550 and a 650 corsair Psu both 80 plus.

It's kinda solved now after i tried to use forced voltage i have not have any issues.
