MSI GTX 660 vs Sapphire HD 7950 3GB Boost

Hey guys.

I'm currently looking for some PC parts for my friend and I ran into 2 different video cards.
The MSI GeForce GTX 660 Gaming and the Sapphire Radeon HD 7950 3GB Boost.
The 7950 is €10 more expensive than the GTX 660.
Is it worth the €10 or are there other and better options available?

The HD7950 Boost is A HELL OF A LOT faster than the GTX660. So yes its worth 10 Quid.
