MSI GTX 680 PM2D2GD5 Burn

I installed the card and the latest driver nvidia after 10 minutes of small pixels is displayed on the screen of smoke then I immediately turn off the PC I disassemble the card so I find these ICs heated .
can you give me references of these circuits please help me

CPU i7 3770K
MOBO: Asus Sabertooth Z77
Cooler : intel Cooler
RAM : 16Go Corsair Vengeance Pro 1866MHZ
HDD: 1To Seagate
PSU: Aerocool VP750

Garbage PSU probably burned out the card. Trash that PSU and get a quality model, such as a SeaSonic or Antec.
