MSI GTX 750 Ti Twin Frozr / MSI GTX 960 vs MSI R9 270X / MSI AMD Radeon R9 280

I'm building a new pc and i have read that these are your best GPU's for a budget build. I'm having trouble choosing, feel free to give alternative options

Im using the Cooler Master HAF X.
Intel i5 4690k 3.5 GHz
So my budget is already a bit stretched so im wondering if the performance difference between those 4 GPU's is worth the extra cash

I'm also looking for a Good motherboard

Thanks! I think I'll be going for the MSI Z97 Gaming 5 paired with either the R9 270X or the R9 280 the esthetics go nicely with the Cooler Master HAF X

Since I mostly play fifa 15, Diablo 3, Skyrim, Fallout i think the R9 270X will do fine budget wise.

If i do wish to either go with the GTX 960 Can you give me any green trim etc. Mobo options?
