MSI GTX 760 2 PCIe Power Connectors?

My MSI GTX 760 arrived today, the one with 2 6-pin PCIe slots. My power supply has 2 6 pin cables available, do I need to plug them both in? Or is just one sufficient. Is there any implication on the power supply for using 1 over 2?

Power supply is 700W
i5 3570k, OC to 4.2 ghz.

you have to use both of them, it will not work with just one
