msi gtx 770 question

I just bought an msi 770gtx gaming oc. It came with what look like two 6 to 8 pin pciexpress power cords. Should i use those or just stick two 8 pins from the psu to the card?

avoid using adapters. Just use the 6+2 pins directly from the PSU.
