Okay, I am just going to reference this thread I made earlier:
http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-3019370/msi-geforce-780-died.html

In the thread I explain my problem and I have done multiple updates, but noone answers in that thread anymore.

If you read the my question and my updates in that thread you can understand the problem I am facing. The question this time is whether I should just send in the 780, or if I should send in the PSU or even the MOBO along with it?

Well, the PC was working again some time after the first time (I just took out the GPU and put it back again), but now it WILL NOT turn on when the GPU is in the PCI-E slot AT ALL. So now I have just taken the card out and the PC seems to be running fine on the integrated graphics.

Have you tried a different pcie slot?

Yes, as stated in UPDATE 3 in the original post, I tried the other PCI-E slot after the second time the PC died. This time the PC would not turn on with the card in the slot, but turned on as soon as I removed the card.

Looks like a dead card then. I'd test it on another board just to be certain though.

Yes, I too think the card might be dead. I have another, older PC sitting around but its PSU is only 500W so I doubt it can power the card.
But I do wonder what was the reason that the card died? I know it can sometimes just die by itself, but I do wonder if there is some problems with the PSU or maybe even the MOBO that caused this? Any ideas?
