Hey Guys I just recently bought myself a graphics card. About 4 days ago. I am getting ridculosly low frames in every game I play. I would love to know why this is.

League of Legends: 60-90 FPS on Low settings no Shadows
Overwatch: 30-50 fps at low settings 1920x1080
CSGO:80-90 FPS at low settings

I have update all the drivers, for the motherboard, cpu and gpu.

Specs:
CPU: AMD A10 5800k
MOBO: Gigabyte F2A68Hm-DS2
RAM: Adata 8GB kit 1600mhz
PSU: Unknown Power supply company, 485Ws
GPU: MSI GTX 950 2GD5ST OC

max out settings on LOL, what fps do you get?

also did you completely uninstall the old gpu drivers before installing the new card?

Maxed out without shadows it is 60 but my friends zotac 750ti is getting 80-110

what cpu does your friend have?

does he game at the same resolution you do?

He has AMD Athlon II x4 620 and he runs it at 1920x1080 aswell

Potential CPU Bottleneck? What is your CPU Usage when running these games? If you turn down settings on some games, they start using your cpu instead of gpu, which is something you want to avoid. Post your CPU Usage, as well as GPU Usage, on low settings, then on very high - ultra settings, along with your FPS (only for the very high/ultra settings sine u already posted the low fps)

My cpu usage is at 60-80% on all settings and my GPU is at 30-40% The higher I go the FPS doesn't really drop or increase just stays the same as Lowest but feels clunkier.

Update on this post. I've tested the GPU in another system. That is running a FX 6300. Would that be a good upgrade or should I go to the intel side?

Intel or wait for Ryzen. Even an i3 6100 wipes the floor with the CPU you mentioned in gaming.
