MSI gtx 960 or r9 280x

which one should i take the 960 is 2GB the r9 280x is 3GB oc, but i cant overclock the r9 280x anyway since my power supply is CX 600w, i hear its not good enough. i heard alot of people saying that the AMD always overheats and they have problems with the drivers, also the GTX 960 is 20 dollars cheaper for me cpu i5 4460 8gb ram

I like AMD but drivers always push me back to nvidia. So More times then not i have an nvidia build. SO you can see where i lean.
