MSI gtx 970 4gd5t oc temperature

Hi.. i'm curious about my graphic card msi gtx 970 4gd5t (tiger edition) temp
I got max 80c when I play far cry 4, cod aw, watch dogs and assassins creed unity but sometimes it's got 81c about 1-2 sec.. I got about 50c when play games like fifa 15 and nfs run. idle 33-38c, when i brosing (chrome) the temp is 38-42c
is this normal?

What are the temps of your motherboard while playing games? This is a useful way of telling the overall temperature inside your case.

Yes, do no worry it is normal. Although if it ever hits 90 or something really close like 88C then you should decrease the performance or limit the temp of the GPU to maybe 82C in MSI After Burner. Don't worry if it ever gets higher than that your fans should be able to handle it.
I too own an MSI gtx 970, I get same temp, but make sure that your fans aren't running at 100% and your stil getting same temp.
Also, try to keep your overall room temp cool. I hope I helped!
