MSI GTX 970 Air turbulence, vibration and buzzing

When the rpm of my gpu increases it begins to shake and buzz this is not coil whine. i am unsure wether i should claim on my warranty but i am confused when trying to find it as msi's rma and warranty dept is very poor.

Is it secured to the case with screws?

Get it replaced for sure, the fan may break off later after playing with it and making it hit high RPMs.
