MSI GTX 970 free game with purchase

I ordered this on 11/29/14 and I registered the product on the MSI website today and I don't know how to get a key for a free game they are offering. Can someone please help me? They sent me an email and it says to fax or mail the rebate thing in? I'm kind of confused because I already registered it and never got a code.

They said they have nothing to do with the free game thing. They said call the company I ordered it from which is TigerDirect. I did all this and I never got a code.

Just called them and they said they ran out of codes. They said they will be getting more in soon and emailing them out.

This is such a joke. I'm probably never going to do business with Tiger Direct ever again. I called them 2 weeks ago and they said they will forward it to higher staff and they said it will take 3-5 business days. Didn't get an email with a code back at all. Today I call Tiger Direct and they said it will take another 24-48 hours! I'm tired of waiting I waited over a month and all they are doing is JERKING!

Similar to getting rebates from Newegg. It stinks, but it seems its just the way they do business. Maybe some new competition would help.
