Msi Gtx 970 gaming 4g or Msi Gtx 970 Gaming 100 me? Which one to buy?

I'm going to buy a new gpu for my system and i'm considering msi as i've heard good about it but now i'm confused with these two cards.
please reply which one to buy and why.

Why red one? Is green have any faults?

The red one is faster out of the box and is cheaper.

The green one has a backplate which the red one doesnt have but because of that it is more expensive

I'm getting both at same price so its not the problem at all. I've seen the specification of both cards and green one is looking faster and cooler.

If you look at it from a basic perspective they are the same.
if you overclock them your self they will both reach same speeds.
they also have the same twinfrozer cooler (one is in red and the other one in green)

because they are the same price i would take the one with the back plate so the green one.
