Msi gtx 970 power %

Hi, I overclocked my card 200 on core and 400 memory 1532/7900 stock voltage ive runs alot of benchmarks, 3dmark 11, firemark, played games for hours no crashed, under 65 c but power went to 114% full load and the limit is 110% for this card in msi afterburner, is that a problem or it doesnt matter ?

it doesnt matter unless your psu sucks... if you have a good strong psu and your card stays under 80c on load then you will be fine
