MSI GTX 970 struggling to run Hearthstone?

Hey guys, I just got the MSI GTX 970 and for some reason it isn't running Hearthstone as smoothly as my 750 TI. The game is a little choppy. My temperatures while playing are around 55-60C and my GPU usage never goes above 30%. For CS:GO, my GPU usage increases to close to 90% at times so I don't think it's a bottlenecking issue. Both games are installed on the same SSD

I have tried messing with my Power settings and tried several different nvidia settings and none of them have worked apparently. Anyone have any suggestions?

i7 4770k
16GB Kingston Black DDR3 RAM
Windows 7 Ultimate
PNY 120GB SSD for OS
Samsung 850 EVO 250 GB for Games
1TB Seagate HDD for random programs/files

Update: FIXED

Removed GeForce Experience from my PC and it resolved this issue.
