Msi Gtx 970 vs Msi R9 390 with Amd Fx 8350

Hello,
Currently I am using Amd Fx8350 with Gtx 650ti and I want to upgrade my system. Mostly I'll use pc for playing CSGO, streaming and some editing. I am confused between msi r9 390 and msi gtx 970. Which one will work better with fx8350?
Also best Motherboard for both combos?

It depends, what will you be doing most frequently? Personally I would go for a 390 but if you are streaming Shadowplay might make you want to go for the 970. As far as editing goes, they are both great.

I wont be streaming much, mostly ill be playing games (csgo) ... and what about mobo for r9 combo

I would definitly go with the 390, and the Asus M5A99FX Pro r2.0 for the Mobo.
