A friend thought he'd be hilarious and peg me with a water balloon while I was sitting at my desk. Water got into my computer and now (through testing) my graphics card isn't allowing my computer to start.
When I press the power button the system (lights, fans, including gpu) will flicker on for literally half a second then shut back off. It won't do that again unless I unplug it from the back and plug it back in after a few seconds.
I guess what I want to know is is this a sign the card is fried or is there some failsafe I can alter to get it to turn on again.
Relevant specs:
ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0
MSI GTX 970
EVGA Bronze 600
